Unfortunately electric brushless motors are not labelled in an easy-to-understand way, with the exception of a few manufacturers. As a result, matching an electric motor to any given glow plug engine is not so straightforward but it's fair to say that it is getting easier.
A lot depends on the size and weight of the plane, and the type of flying you want to do.

As a good starting point have a look at the E-flite Power 15 (http://www.e-fliterc.com/Products/Default.aspx?ProdID=EFLM4015A) - E-flite is one manufacturer who does label its engines as a glow plug equivalent. OS is another.

The specifications on that page will give you an idea of what to look for and you can use them to compare other brand brushless motors.
If you're looking for something cheaper, check out the Turnigy motors available from Hobbyking.com.
