Blade CX 2 problems

I own a Blade CX2 but it will get about 3" off the ground and then it wants to flip over every single time.
If I don't get help soon I will throw it in the trash, would someone help me? Please, I installed a new board, 2 new motors, new blades.

It's very unusual for this helicopter to be problematic, they are usually very stable right out the box. Maybe the gyro is faulty?
I would suggest contacting Horizon Hobby support and explain the issue with them, they should be able to offer a solution.
