Here is the most popular RTF model. I got this one from www.thelashop.com; it's a 5ch Skylane completed with everything needed. I should say it's the best thing I've ever got. Takes off really fast, flies steadily even in windy condition, performed really good in inverted flight.
The only thing I would complain is about the brushed motor, but as the price is kind of reasonable for a brushed, so there's nothing makes me unhappy about it.

Howdy Andy, Yeah mate it caught my eye too,I have one on the way. I got mine as a first serious plane. I am just starting with r/c. I picked up two planes for a dollar each and practice with them, then I seen the 182 and had to have one.
One day it will fly even if somebody else does it. But with Pete's book I will get there. Good luck buddy all the best. swish, australia

 Cheap brushless

You want to look at getting a brushless - the Towerpro 2408 21T is a good choice for this plane and prolly cheaper than a brushed speed 400 in the UK. 400 £6.99 brushless as above 5.99 and way more powerful, 30/40% more and 20A brushless ESC proll get both for $20.
Both motor and 18A ESC(20A would be better) for 22 dollars

You ele*ric heads need a REAL airplane, with a REAL engine, not these cheapo toys. Take a look at Great Planes' Skylane or Hangar 9's big version. I'm drooling at the thought!
