Hi - there's a link to a suitable charger from that same page, at http://www.rc-tradingpost.com/dyn4036.html. There are loads of other suitable chargers available too, you just want a quick charger that can charge NiMH cells and has standard 'Tamiya' connectors.
I've got an Ansmann ACS410M and that's a good little charger. Here's another example: http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXTUM3&P=FR
Google "fast charger with tamiya connectors" and see what comes up ;-)
