My plane got crashed and the back wing got broken so I put a lot of CA glue and the rudder got solid, it can't move - what should I do?

Look on the internet for 'CA debonder' or go to your local hobby shop if you have one, they should sell it. Use it as per the instructions and the CA will dissolve and should free up the elevator.
