There's really not much to know or learn about flying an indoor rc blimp. Control is generally done in one of two ways; either the electric motor(s) will be fixed and the blimp will be controlled by moveable rudder and elevator surfaces, or the motors will pivot and twist, thus generating different thrust angles to steer the blimp in any direction.
Many blimps can also be made to fly backwards.

Because rc blimps are quite slow flying things, the pilot has plenty of time to react and your reflexes don't need to be like those of a fighter jet pilot :-)

So all in all, indoor rc blimps are very easy things to fly and control and I'm sure you'll soon get the hang of it.
