Micro Heli

Can I fly a 3 channel micro heli with a different controller and if I don't have a controller for it what am I supposed to do?

It would really help to know which micro helicopter you are talking about.
The controller is usually called a transmitter and the receiver inside the heli must be working on the same frequency channel. Some transmitters and receivers have interchangeable crystals that determine which frequency the radio set operates on, but that's not usually the case with micro helicopters. However, if the heli is infrared controlled then yes, it is called a controller and the signal is different to a proper radio signal.
