Can I use a 14.8volt 3200MAh battery on a Power 25 motor and 40 amp ESC?

That sounds all OK - here are the official recommendations for the Power 25:

40?45A brushless ESC
3S?4S Li-Po or 10 to 14-cell Ni-MH/Ni-Cd
11x8 to 14x7 prop

Be careful to stay within that prop range though. What's the plane?
