Problem with Blade CX3?

We are having a big problem trying to get the CX3 from shaking, we have changed the shafts and blades also upgraded to the alumium parts to no avail.
Is there something that we missed? We really like flying this heli but it is getting hard when it doesn't fly right. If anyone can help I would appreciate it thanks.
