Is there a chart that describes what the rc motor numbers mean? Does one number versus another define the speed, rpm and battery size? Does the motor number (size) define the weight of a boat or plane it can power?

Is there anyway the electric motor numbers game can be de-mystified? ie: 2208/34, 2820/10 Park 400 etc. What does it all mean?
