Piston rod pieces Stage 6 completed

Above: stage 6 is the assembly of the four piston rods to go inside the oil filled dampers.


Damper casings Stage 7 completed

Above: stage 7 instructs you how to assemble and fill the four dampers. Take care with the oil or risk a mess! Fortunately the correct filling procedure is shown clearly in the manual.


Pieces ready for stage 8 Stage 8 completed

Above: stage 8 sees the roll bar/rear guard assembly joined to the gear case and the rear dampers fitted. Starting to take shape!


Fitting the chassis plate Stage 9 completed

Above: stage 9 is the fitting of the chassis plate. Although a tougher GRP material is used in the 2009 version, the same basic plate with aluminium reinforcing plate underneath is the same.


Front axle assembly Stage 10 completed

Above: stage 10 is assembly of both front axles with lower and upper arms.
