TME Ultra-Micro Battery Adapter
This neat little gizmo, the TME Ultra-Micro Battery Adapter, is used to parallel charge up to four of the tiny 1S Li-Po cells found in the Horizon Hobby branded Ultra-Micro™ airplanes such as the ParkZone Sukhoi, P-51 Mustang and J3 Cub as well as the E-flite Blade mCX and Blade mSR helicopters.

It's a very neat little gadget manufactured by Tejera Microsystems Engineering Inc. and is a low cost alternative to Horizon's own 4 Port charger.
The adapter is fitted with a standard red JST connector and plugs in to your Li-Po compatible charger. Because the cells are connected in parallel you simply adjust your charger output current to suit the total sum of the cell capacities, the only other thing to mention is that the cells to be charged should be in roughly the same state of discharge. In other words, don't mix fully charged cells with fully discharged ones.
The photo below shows my adapter with 3 cells connected to my Etronix Powerpal charger...
Above: the three cells connected are all 110mA so I set the charger to charge at 0.3A, just under a 1C charge rate.
For not a lot of money the Ultra Micro adapter is an excellent thing to have if you're a regular flyer of any of the micro size planes that use the 1S Li-Po cells.
