Electric motor voltage

You shouldn't really run an electric motor on higher voltage than the motor's spec. You can go a few volts higher, but continuous and longterm running will almost certainly shorten the motor's life, because it will run hotter than it was designed to.
If you're looking for more power for your model, it's better to upgrade the motor to a higher voltage one, and get an appropriate pack.
