Endurance Two
Not quite the original 'battery in the wing' Endurance 2 concept but a step on the way.
It uses the original Wing Dragon Endurance wing but with a new 'minimum' pod and boom fuselage just big enough to hold the 5000mAh battery, ESC and radio coupled with a 2822 950kV brushless turning a 10x3.8 tractor prop instead of the 7x6 pusher.
With everything carefully streamlined it weighs just 1lb that's 3 ounces lighter than the Endurance Wing Dragon and tests have shown that at just 2 amps it has 3 ounces of thrust which should just about keep it in the air. If I'm right that could mean an endurance of well over 2 hours!
