The general intention of this website is to promote the hobby of radio control modeling, especially flying, and the information within this site can and will help you get started in the hobby [read some testimonials].
For example, even if you just use our club directory to find a local rc flying, car or boat club so that you can chat to fellow modelers and gain more info about the hobby, then RC Airplane World has served a purpose!

Nice words about RC Airplane World

Personally I'm not a great reader of testimonial type comments posted on web sites - how do we know that they're genuine?
but...
a great deal of work has gone, and still goes, into this site as I try and share my enthusiasm for the hobby. And every now and again visitors let me know that they like what they see. More importantly, my web pages really do help people get started in radio control, and that's a great thing for me to know
