Wow is all I can say! I have been flying my HobbyZone Super Cub for about 8 months. It is super simple to fly, and fun adding modifications.
I have added new landing gear, ailerons, li-po batteries and carbon fiber to the wings. Even if you don't want to do mods it is a GREAT beginner plane.
Like to see some of the other trainers do mods as easy.

Has anyone reinforced the cabin area, cut out the windows, and added clear plastic?

I'm about to clip the standard gear on my mini, add some .055 springy wire with a brass tube/solder joint and add regular Super Cub wheels for a bush type landing gear on my rough, cobbly country driveway.
