P40 mishap

A beautiful flying day at the field, my friend Ted and Jerry showed up with their Fokker Wulf and P-40, Ted flying the P40 as well as myself flying an identical plane.
We decided to chase the Fokker around taunting him back and forth. A few nose overs on the landings but a great day so far. So we all decided one more flight with the Fokker in the lead and my friend Ted close behind. I decide to come from the other direction of the field; well doing so I pulled up as well as Ted did with the Fokker in dead center, trying to avoid the Fokker I cut hard right as well as Ted, allowing him to slice right through my right wing with his full fuselage following through with his horizontal stab, by the way leaving an perfect impession in the wing...

Now the sound it made was incredible - Whack!! Then the spiring engine winding sound as it hits the ground nose in at full throttle...
Now here's the interesting part - my plane, from the height of say really tall pine trees, spirals into the woods through the pine tress and into a small pond. Slash marsh pit sticking into the mud like a lawn dart. Upon finding my plane the only damage to it was some dirt in the cowl and the wing damage from the impact of the other plane
I know, hard to believe! But all I had to do was clean and build a new wing. My friend TED on the other hand had a total loss..
