Parkzone Spit!

by Alan Heron
(Kirkintilloch, Galsgow, Scotland)

This little aircraft was a pleasure from the moment I opened the box. Three component parts Wing, Fuselage & Tail went together in 10 mins. The pics on the Parkzone web sight show EXACTLY what you get.
Charged up in 30-40 mins and off to the local park. Launch it on full throttle as it is slow to get speed up and is a tad unstable until it does but once up to speed this is any fliers dream plane. Loops and rolls are easy and no vices to speak of. Landings are a breeze, just bleed off speed and she WANTS to land. This isn't a glider so FLY it in.
I bought extra batteries and can spend hours flying and recharge the batteries from the car cigarrete lighter. Claims of 10 - 12 mins on a charge are a bit stretched but the li-po battery upgrade is good for 10 mins and a bit more power.
One down side is that the wing servo connections are a bit suspect and mine went into a spiral nose dive it went down like a burning Spitfire actually. I redid mine with a "Y" lead and added two mini servos into the wing for better control and security; this is easy to do as it has a solid foam wing.
Remember NOT to try too many power dives as the wings can fold on you you'll see creases on the wing upper surface even with milder flying well worth the money and well worth the time and a little extra money to upgrade it a bit.
Brushless motor, better receiver and ESC upgrades can all be found on YouTube but bare boned it is a GREAT little ship. Would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone with a bit of flying experience.
10/10 for the money.
