Schluter Champion

Schluter Champion

I aquired this Schluter Champion not too long ago and from what everyone tells me... it is probably a better Model/conversation piece than to fly? Just thought someone would like to see!

by: Anonymous

Just got the same helicopter, white green canopy... I want to fly this thing, but have to wait for vacation money so I can get some good servo's!
BTW is there some one who can give me photos how to install the servos? Thanks.

Schluter copters are cheap!
by: vicsrc

Schluter copters have not been made for the last 20 years and can be found from time to time very cheap on ebay.
I just got 2 Magics and a Scout and a Champion with lots of spare parts for 200, just last month.
If anyone has parts for sale so I can keep these in the air or has a chopper for sale contact me at vtmeek@gmail.com

Superior!
by: Dave

This is a Superior. I actually learned to fly rc on one of these. It was a very stable forgiving ship, yet it was a little expensive to fix. Mine was stolen and it ended my rc heli hobby for 20 years.
I now fly electric, mostly indoors because i work in a school.
She's a real find though!

Schluter helicopter
by: Luis

I?ve had mine for about 6 years now and it fly?s very nice. Parts are not hard to fine since everyone is selling theirs...
I will be upgrading for better servo and a much nicer gyro. Also if you want to fly this kind of helicopter you need to find someone to help with setting up your servo. Very important!. Good luck

Champion Kit
by: Chris

I found a Champion kit locally - it is complete ( no engine / servos ). Does anyone know what this is worth? And is anyone in the central PA area that could help me set it up ?

thank you
