Hi Louis, there are mainly 3 possible causes of servo twitch... interference, low batteries or a faulty unit.
If your servos twitch with the rx turned on but the tx off, then that's normal. If the tx is on and close to the model, then it's possible that your radio gear batteries are low, so the signal strength from the tx isn't strong enough and the rx is picking up other interference, making the servos move.
If your battery levels are good, the tx is on and stood close to the model with antenna extended, and the servos still twitch, then something could be faulty. If just one servo is moving, unplug it and try another servo in that slot. If the new servo also twitches, the problem is likely to be with the rx. If the new servo is OK, it's quite possible that the original servo has a fault.
Do this check with more than one servo to be sure.
Other things to check...
-- all electrical connections are secure (go round and disconnect then reconnect everything that you can)
-- tx and rx crystals are securely in place
-- tx and rx antennas are secure and not damaged
-- there are no metal parts rubbing together on the model, this causes 'metallic noise' and is a very strong source of interference that the rx will pick up.
