Snowing foam

by Matt Settele
(Plano TX)

My friend was flying a 30% Cap 232 and he didn't see the small Slo-V parkflyer and the foam profile plane flying 20 or so feet in the air.
He came around for a high speed pass and the two small planes were sucked into the propeller. The Cap 232 was fine, a new propeller and he was back up in the air.
For the two foam flyers the tale was not so good. The foam was shredded into what looked like snow, there was nothing left of the two unfortunate victims.

That would have made a great vid... Mid air collisions are usually always spectacular, but I've never seen a foamie being chopped up yet!
