Static model aircraft
Static model aircraft are ones that don't fly, and are a great way of complimenting your rc model plane or helicopter collection!
Pacific Aircraft is one of the leading manufacturers of such models, their aircraft are crafted from solid mahogany wood and the range is large, with over 1000 different models to choose from including airplanes, jets, helicopters and space craft. There are both civilian and military versions of many models.
Many of the static model aircraft in Pacific's range are based on actual aircraft, particularly wartime legends. The paint work is accurately reproduced to the original's, and there is even a limited range of signature models - aircraft that have been autographed by the actual pilots or crewmembers that flew the real thing!

In addition to the range of static models, also available are other items of aviation interest such as nose art airplane panels and historical artifacts.
There is also a 'Custom Models' service, whereby Pacific Aircraft will create a solid mahogany static model from a photograph that you send them - a great idea for a very personal gift!
