My NIB Tamiya Mini Cooper

I picked up this NIB Tamiya Mini Cooper recently, it had been sitting in the window of our local model shop for well over a year!
I'm not a huge fan of Minis or even on-road RC cars, but I've had a recent re-interest in the Tamiya SRBs (Special Racing Buggies), particularly the Rough Rider, as this was my first real rc car, wayback int the early 80s!

So, my interest led me to realise how collectible older Tamiya kits are, especially the NIBs (New In Box). Of course, I couldn't let this Mini Cooper sit in the shop window any longer, so out came the wallet!

I'll keep it NIB, I won't build it up. Or will I?? ;-)

Meanwhile, my interest in Rough Riders and Sand Scorchers continues...
