What happens now?

You should now automatically receive an email from "client@e-junkie.com" at any moment. This email contains the download link for the ebook(s).
If the email doesn't arrive immediately, please give it some time - delays can happen for whatever reasons. Also check your junk/spam mailbox as it could have been filtered into that.

You should also receive an e-mail receipt from PayPal. Please keep this as proof of purchase.

If you haven't received the download email within an hour or so, or if you have problems with the download, please let me know right away and I'll get back to you as soon as possible, but please bear in mind that I am in the GMT time zone (United Kingdom) so allow at least 12 hours for me to get back to you.
I will reply as soon as I see your email.

Please don't open a Paypal dispute before you've heard back from me first - they're always more hassle than it's worth.

If something has gone wrong with the download email reaching you, I promise I will sort it as soon as I know about it. Given the amount of work that went into creating the ebooks, it's very upsetting to be labelled as "just another internet scammer", which has happened in the past!
